Land Rate:TTC MIDC is one of the prime Industrial Area of MIDC. Being Proximity to Mumbai, Thane & a developed industrial area, the land rate is higher. MIDC Land rate of the MIDC Industrial Plot is Rs. 22,825 /- PSM. & MIDC Commercial plot is Rs.68, 475/-PSM. Road width charges are applicable from 5 to 15% depending upon the width of the road. However, the current market rate is ranging from Rs. 35,000 to 40,000/- PSM for the Industrial plot & Rs.1 lakh to Rs.1.50 Lakhs for the commercial plot depending upon the location and the size of the plot.
Floor Space Index (FSI) :
