Disposition of Waste Liquid Effluent: CEPT with the capacity of 27 MLD available in MIDC TTC. As on date it doesn’t have capacity, Industries with Zero discharge are only getting permission to establish their units.

Air Emission: Scrubbers, Wet Scrubbers, Dust collectors and stacks of sufficient height is must for the Industries emitting gaseous waste.

Solid Effluent: Mumbai Waste Management (MWM) takes care of disposition of solid waste.

Land Rate:

MIDC TTC is one of the prime Industrial Area of MIDC. Being Proximity to Mumbai, Thane & a developed industrial area, the land rate is higher. MIDC Land rate of the MIDC Industrial Plot is Rs. 22,285 /- PSM. & MIDC Commercial plot is Rs.68, 475/-PSM.  Road width charges are applicable from 5 to 15% depending upon the width of the road. However, the current market rate is ranging from Rs. 35,000 to 40,000/- PSM for the Industrial plot & Rs.1 lakh to Rs.1.50 Lakhs for the commercial plot depending upon the location and the size of the plot.

Floor Space Index (FSI) :

Mumbai being completely packed & the land rate touching the sky, concentration of the Investors have shifted to Navi Mumbai long ago.
