Nardana Industrial Area

Nardana is a small town in Shindkheda Taluka, Dhule District, Maharashtra situated at about 23 Kms. from Dhule, 350 Kms. from Mumbai, 190 Kms. from Nashik, 160 Kms. from Aurangabad and 123 Kms. from Jalgaon. The nearest Airport is Indore which is about 220 Kms. It has 10+ villages connected to it for commercial purpose. It is a local hub or main market place for these villagers. All primary needs are available in Nardana. Semi skilled and unskilled manpower is easily available in Nardana. Skilled manpower, good schools, hospitals and hotels are available in Dhule.

Nardana is on Railway route of Bhusawal – Surat passing via Jalgaon Junction. Mumbai- Agra National Highway-3 and Jalgaon – Surat Highway are passing through Nardana. It is located on Delhi- Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). Due to the location and connectivity advantage, Nardana has emerged as an important industrial hub centre.

Nardana Industrial Area has a very well developed MIDC area with good infrastructure i.e. all weather roads and  sufficient electricity & water. MIDC has planned to develop an industrial area on 750.09 Hectors of land. About 648.56 Hectors of land has come in possession of MIDC. Presently MIDC is developing phase I having land 480 Hectors. MIDC has completed 7.22 Kms. WBM roads, out of which asphalting of 2.10 Kms. road is completed. MIDC has also provided the water supply distribution pipe lines.

Water: Permanent Water Supply Scheme from Tapi River has been implemented by MIDC.
Roads: The industrial area is connected internally by multiple lane roads which have been constructed using modern techniques.
