g) Industrial Infrastructure: –

  1. Power: MSEB Two sub-stations, one of 220 KV at Chinchwad and a 400 KV at Bhosari meet the power supply needs of the area.
  2. Water: MIDC has constructed water supply Scheme at Ravet and Chinchwad to provide 144 MLD of water to the area, sourced by river Pawana. The areas total water supply pipe line network is 150 km.
  3. Internal Roads: The area is connected internally by good quality multiple lane roads. Good width roads are available in the MIDC which can cater for Trucks and Containers movements. The total length of the asphalted roads is 80.13 km.
  4. Common Effluent Disposal Facility: There is no CETP in this area as there is no chemical Industries in Pimpri Chinchwad.
  5. Telecommunication and Internet: All the major service providers are available (Jio, VI, MTNL and Airtel). Companies like BSNL, MTNL, Reliance, Bharti Airtel, are providing telephone network in these area.
    The internet services of MTNL, Bharti Airtel, IDEA etc. are providing high-speed internet services.
    Dedicated electronic exchanges are functional at Chinchwad and Bhosari.
  6. Fire Station Services: This area houses a Number of industries hence there are multiple fire stations in the vicinity.
    Thergaon, Rahatani, PCMC Fire station are some of the firestations in the vicinity. At present the fire station facilities are jointly provided by MIDC as well as the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
