Land Rate:
MIDC TTC is one of the prime Industrial Area of MIDC. Being Proximity to Mumbai, Thane & a developed industrial area, the land rate is higher. MIDC Land rate of the MIDC Industrial Plot is Rs. 25,108 /- PSM & MIDC Commercial plot is Rs. 75,323/-PSM. Road width charges are applicable from 5 to 15% depending upon the width of the road. However, the current market rate is ranging from Rs. 45,000 to 60,000/- PSM for the Industrial plot & Rs.1 lakh to Rs.1.50 Lakhs for the commercial plot depending upon the location and the size of the plot.
