The data base is viewed by the prospective clients.  We provide complete information about the property they have short listed from the database. Site visits are also arranged by us. Depending upon the final selection made by the client, we arrange meeting with the property owner to negotiate the price and terms. We also assist in legal formalities for transfer of the property and registration of document with the registrar.
