The ASCC provides a proper interface between the warehouse owners who want to lease/sell their warehouses and the companies/firms who want to hire/buy the warehouses. Our experienced and qualified staff carries out inspection of these warehouses on predefined parameters and grades them under different categories as per their suitability for storage of different range of stores. We offer the warehouses to the company/firms which would be utmost suitable to meet storage requirement for particular type of store. We arrange site visit, negotiation meeting, and preparation of all legal documentation for transfer of property.
We also maintain the database of the land owners who can construct the warehouse (as per the specification given) and lease the same to the company/firm on completion of the construction.
