Locational Clearance

Compliance to Location of Industry

  • Locational Requirement of Industry (If you qualify for Industrial Licensing)
  • CRZ Compliance
  • River Distance Compliance
  • Zoning Compliance by Town Planning Authority
  • State Specific Compliance by Environmental and Forest Ministry
  • Pollution Compliance (Red, Orange, Green)
  • Type of Industrial Activity Permitted
Based on the compliances as suggested above, competent authority of State/Central Government would issue "No Objection Certificate" for you to setup industry and qualify your case for "Locational Clearance".

The competent Technical Advisor would suggest and recommend if the land available is fit for your industrial usage.

Incase there are compliances to be adhered to, you will need to get requisite permissions and licenses from respective State or Central Government department and re-apply for Locational Clearance.
